The trust has believed that no proper health services can be provided without proper skill set and experience irrespective of advanced health infrastructure. Also, one of our crucial aims in decentralizing cardiac healthcare and reaching our helping hands to the remotest area necessitates facilitating the training and workshop for health practitioners practicing in such areas. Thus, the trust strongly believes that such Continuing Medical Education will help not only advance the knowledge and the skills of the doctors and nurses but also help the patients around Nepal receives the best health services.
Like many years, this year too, Jayanti Memorial Trust organized the Continuing Medical Education for nurses on Critical Cardiac Care where the qualified cardiac team from the University of Colorado presented on useful topics for the nurses’ attendees working in cardiac care in different hospitals. The three nurse supervisors from MCVTC significantly supported JMT to organize the conference and were involved in inviting the attendees. This year too, the program turned out to be very informative to the nurses that attended the CME consequently the attendees expressing their gratitude with positive feedback was the contentment for the trust. The program started from 9 am till 4 pm and the program was then followed by hi-tea and the attendees were provided with the certificate of participation. The trust expects the knowledge and the skills shared during the workshop via useful presentation will indeed be applicable in providing quality health service to the patients.
