Although the number of congenital heart diseases has not increased across the world, but in Nepal a large majority remains undetected due to lack of awareness in the general public. With this in mind The Jayanti Memorial Trust would like to spread the word that heart disease can be prevented by following certain guild lines and in some cases changing your life style, which means eating healthy, exercising regularly, trying to live a stress free life style and to visit your doctor on a regular basis.
